Youth Project

We are the Youth Inclusion Officers and are currently engaging with young people across the Rhymney Valley through outreach. We conduct outreach on Thursdays and Fridays through the communities and engage with young people that don’t necessarily access a form of youth provision, congregate on streets or parks or those looking for something to do.

Our current aim is to provide diversionary activities to young people from the local communities into positive activities, along with – to promote the personal, educational and social development of young people aged between 11 and 25, redress inequalities, value opinions and empower individuals to take action on issues affecting their lives, including health, education, unemployment and the environment, by developing positive skills and attitudes.
