Education, Training and Skills

The Education, training and skills theme covers a number of key sub themes around lifelong learning. Its focus is engaging ‘hard to reach’ groups and identifying barriers to accessing education. As well as identifying skills gaps the theme includes opportunities to deliver a range of innovative projects to help all ages access education and training and provide the necessary support in order for them to do so.
